that’s when they start to become.

with focus + energy they’ll mature into words,

show up as actions,

+ before you know it, will turn into a lifestyle all stemming from a single thought that you chose to welcome into your world.

take great intention in what you choose to entertain today, fam.

can you afford to take ownership that thought?

will it take up prime real estate in your mind?

are you committed through focus + energy to seeing it turn into something more?

no? 

then let that shit ride out, fam.

the same way a thought comes to you is the same it can leave — unwelcomed!

let this serve as your reminder that you don’t have to entertain every thought that comes to mind.

invasive + intrusive thoughts will come, so don’t condemn yourself for having them pop up on you!

instead, choose what’s worth your attention + act on those things with intention + clarity.
