floss your teeth.
fold your clothes.
wash the dishes.
shower + moisturize your body.
close your eyes for a moment.
slow down your breath.
take stretch breaks.
though these efforts appear small, they are some of the most powerful + meaningful actions you’ll take today.
think of them as instant confidence boosters, fam.
imagine this: you’re completing those tasks daily + moving on to more challenging + difficult tasks.
can you truly envision yourself doing some dope shit today?
can you feel the feeling of accomplishment completing these tasks bring?
can you see how much more rested your mind is when your basic needs are met + you can focus on the task at hand?
shit, at this rate there’s no telling what else you can do!
at some point you have to make time for self-improvement.
