at some point in the day, you’ll notice thoughts swirling around in your head.
remember:
you have the choice to choose which thoughts stay.
welcome the thoughts that most align with your desires.
entertain the thoughts that are worth considering.
dismiss all the rest of them. 🤷🏾♀️
like a butterfly, these thoughts may have come to you, but they aren’t yours to keep, fam.
so let them float right on away.
most importantly, release the guilt you feel when you are presented with thoughts that you deem unworthy, negative, or ridiculous.
we won’t always think the best thoughts all the damn time.
as you dismiss these thoughts, realize that it’s giving you an opportunity to replace them with something dope.
moments like those are the perfect time to remember all those dope affirmations.
today, think fearlessly.
thoughts don’t become things until you decide to act on them.
by choosing to entertain uplifting thoughts, you are proactively choosing to take a more positive approach + ultimately fill your day with more dope, meaningful moments.
