you’re making life harder for yourself

you don’t want to do it + so you keep putting it off.

mind 👏🏾 set 👏🏾 shift 👏🏾 , fam.

think about it from this view point:

the longer you put it off, the longer it will take for you to check it off your list.

real talk, you’re making life harder for yourself.

why?

because you’re putting off what needs to be done knowing it’s gotta get done, but instead of doing it, you’d rather worry about it getting it done.

all of the ho-hum + hum-drum, the heavy sighing, the resisting, the lip smacking —

you’re taking yourself through mental agony before you even start, sis.

focus on getting that one thing done today, whatever it may be.

will you delegate the task?

will you abandon it + not look back?

what do you need to start?

do you need help? if so, who will you ask to help you?

what will it take for you to sit down, focus,+ power thru?

don’t make time to get it done, take time to get it done.

when you take the time, you’re intentionally delegating time for the task.

that small shift is what you’ll need to no longer see life as a burden;

the shift from “i have to…” to “i get to…” is truly the difference between dread + joy.

you get to make a difference in your life, fam — how dope is that?

it’s always up to you to decide what you’ll do.

today, welcome equanimity by taking the time to do what needs to be done.

be you, be dope!
