i made that shit up, but still…

pleasantly surprise yourself.

do something that you’d usually avoid because of how uncertain, how insecure it makes you feel.

for all you know, the experience can bring immense richness to your life.

shit — for 👏🏾 all 👏🏾 you 👏🏾 know 👏🏾, you’ll crush that shit!

don’t allow doubt to overcloud your potential successes.

as unsure as you are about the outcome, there is a possibility that it will all work out (i mean, it always does work out, right?)

let go of your apprehensions + dive into a different experience.

  • turn on a new station + jam out to some different music
  • execute a new recipe tonight
  • follow up on that lead + cold call a potential client
  • take a lap around the park while picking up whatever trash you may pass by (wear gloves for this one)
  • crack open a new book in a genre you’re not used to reading
  • paint your nails a color you’ve never worn before

what’s that saying, fam?

why you loafing on life instead of living it?

yea, i made that shit up 😂, but still —

an outcome is only part of the experience.

how did the experience make you feel?

what did you learn?

what will you do differently next time (if anything)?

live your life, fam, + detach yourself from the outcome.

there’s no right + there’s no wrong, yet there’s always an opportunity to learn.

be you, be dope!
