one day you’ll look back on today + wish you would have done that one thing —
made that phone call
sent that email
phoned that person
walked away with dignity
voiced your concerns
didn’t allow worry to overtake your thoughts
lent a helping hand
well, you’ve got it made, fam.
why?
because today you have the opportunity to that onething.
there’s only one catch:
you must get out of your own way.
it’s no secret that you want to do this —
you’ve already felt the sting of regret when you thought about that one thing you’d reflect back on + wished you did.
grant your wish today.
do exactly what it is that you’d regret not doing + walk into your future proudly protesting that you’ve done everything you’ve ever wanted to do.
what if i can’t complete the task today, P?
you can start.
you have time.
you have skills.
you can do this.
today is the day you start living a life without regrets.
unlike times past, today is the day you give gratitude for all of the opportunities you not only see, but for the opportunities that you have seized.
be you, be dope!
