a stare off with your problems

having a stare off with your problems won’t make them go away.

if anything, staring at them long enough will make them appear larger than they really are, potentially causing more anxiety than anything.

let’s get to work, fam.

today, let’s focus on one thing we can do to eradicate a lingering problem.

you don’t have to do anything extravagant or over the top for this to work, either.

not drinking enough water?

set a timer that reminds you when to take a sip.

haven’t finished reading your book yet?

take some time to read 10 pages before night’s end.

looking to clear up your skin issues?

book an appointment with a dermatologist.

need to work on your business idea?

carve out at least 15 minutes time in the morning or at night to focus solely on that.

half the battle is our awareness of the issue + the other half is taking action against it.

again, taking one step today is all it takes for at least your stare down with your problems to end.

complaining about your issues, which may be your default coping mechanism, won’t serve you today.

neither will sweeping them under the rug + hoping they will evaporate into thin air.

attack the challenge from within, disable it at the root, + get your time + focus back, fam.

that one decision to take a step today is how you can begin a new journey on a clearer path away sans this particular problem.

are you ready to start free + clear?

be you, be dope!
