those who say “nothing in life is free” can’t be talking about patience.
it’s something we all possess from birth, yet is a skill many of us have to relearn later in life.
today, take the opportunity to sharpen your skills in patience by using it.
also, stop saying you don’t have any — you do.
that’s not to say you will always use it correctly, though.
in fact, you may fail to use it in times when it’s most appropriate.
remind yourself that you are still learning + that though patience may have escaped you this time, you are committed to finding it + using it moving forward.
further, it’s a two for one deal: strengthening your patience strengthens other areas in your life as well.
active listening requires patience as we must listen to not talk over others.
trusting life requires patience as we must believe that things will happen in its time.
waiting for that direct deposit to hit requires patience because we must appreciate the notion that we have everything we need in the moment (the DD is icing on the cake). 🎂😉
there is so much to be gained from simply using patience.
today is the day to find out exactly how abundant life can be with patience being a pillar in your life.
be you, be dope!

at the end of your entry, include one thing you can do now that can enhance your patience in that area.
