the hardest thing you’ve ever done

it may be the hardest thing you’ve ever done.

it may be the easiest task you’ve ever completed.

either way, it needs to be done.

advantageously, it’s up to you to decide how you’d like to proceed.

this decision, so long as you decide to make it be this way, ensures that what you do is a reflection of your best efforts.

but, what if i struggle, P?

what if that shit is so hard it’s damn near impossible to get done?

now fam 😐 —

whether you struggle or not is irrelevant.

instead of focusing on the struggle, focus on taking it one step at a time since that’s all you can really do in the moment.

also, “damn near impossible” is another way of saying “its possible” because it can be done.

hell, a glimmer of hope is way more than nothing + as we know, when you sincerely believe anything is possible for you.

so, do your best today.

be it hard, easy, completed quickly, taking slower than normal —

do it + do it well.

pay attention (focus),

work with intention + purpose,

+ put your best foot forward (smiling is optional, but that shit helps a ton)!

you always figure it out, fam.

i’d like to think this time is no different for you.

be you, be dope!

journal prompt(s) for today:

write down a task you are dreading taking on today.

write down what it looks like to complete this task in ten steps or less.

now, throw that list away (or simply disregard it) + flow with life.

reflect on what it looked like going with the flow today. was it harder? easier? did you enjoy the task more or less? as a result of your experience today, will you go with the flow more often? why or why not?
