forget about what you don’t have right now.
forget about what you didn’t do, what they didn’t do, + what you think has to happen before you can feel happiness.
what about everything you have now?
if it no longer serves you, you can certainly KonMari it out of your life to make room for different.
but hear this + hear this good:
the accumulation of stuff won’t fully satisfy you or make you happy beyond measure.
getting rid of things may or may not give you satisfaction, either.
sooner or later, like what you currently don’t appreciate, those things you thought would make you happy will be replaced because you’ll be over it + you’ll start looking for different… again.
search within.
the not so obvious answer has been inside of you the whole time you’ve been sulking, the whole time you’ve been wishing for more, + the whole time you’ve been discontent with what’s available to you now.
allow your happiness to come through for you in the most authentic way today.
choose to see what you have in your life today differently than you did yesterday.
how?
by switching up your perspective.
if you don’t gone ‘head + be happy today, fam–
gone ‘head + appreciate how far you’ve come physically, mentally, + emotionally.
you have grown + guess what!?
you’re still growing!
it’s up to you to see your life as the blessing that it is + to push beyond what you may be chasing outside of yourself to live a full life.
it’s up to you to choose happiness for yourself.
be you, be dope!
