feeling stuck?
okay boom: check this —
when you’re feeling stuck, switch it up.
believe that you are flowing with life.
envision yourself flowing + on the other side of your current challenge.
act like you’ve got what it takes to make it through this.
the minute we dismiss the thought of having a blockage (i.e. being stuck), the quicker we can start taking meaningful action.
changing your perspective can change how you approach the situation.
consider this take, fam:
instead of i‘m stuck, admit you’re facing a challenge + that challenges are your speciality
instead of how in the world will i get unstuck?, take a pause to regroup, reframe your thoughts, + rest if necessary
instead of there’s no way around this, affirm yourself with i always find a way because duh — you always do 😉
forget the default setting, fam!
it’s become rather habitual to say phrases such as “i’m stuck” when facing a difficulty, so the challenge today is to become more intentional about what you actually say.
words have meaning.
use your words in a way that reflects who you are at your core.
you’ll find that when you recite certain phrases —
i’m broke
i’m lazy
i’m impatient
you may begin to embody the characteristics of those words (if you already haven’t).
when you believe you can figure anything out, i’m stuck becomes i’m figuring it out.
the switch up is simple, yet effective + can make a world of a difference in your quality of life.
where there is one, there is the other.
where one is stuck, there is a way out.
so remember: you can get through this.
you always find a way.
be you, be dope!
