it will sort itself out

attention fam,

that’s … that’s it!

that’s the word.

attention.

attention is something you deserve more of + i know the perfect person who can deliver it to you —

you.

give yourself some attention today.

not scraps of time or what you have left over after a long ass day, either.

none of that.

take time to pay attention to the details.

you know that ice cream makes your tummy hurt + that sugar breaks you out, so give yourself a treat without the allergens or upsets.

you know that movement is an important — a vital — part of keeping your health top notch. in someway, shape or form make some moves today.

you know that words of affirmation mixed with acts of service are what makes you feel most loved. watch what you are saying to yourself + become aware of what you’re doing to + for yourself.

giving yourself attention is an intentional act.

you don’t make time for you, you take time for you.

so, what time are you taking for yourself today?

are you taking time to stretch after hours of sitting?

are you taking time to refill your water jug before it gets too low?

are you taking time to simply be quiet + be still — no tv, no telephone, no talking?

the attention you give yourself today will not be in vain.

nothing you do is, fam.

take the time you deserve to take care of you.

the rest will sort itself out once you get yourself sorted.

be you, be dope!
