what it takes to make a dope life for yourself

what makes a dope life?

well, for starters you’ll need rest.

there’s no such thing as experiencing the best day ever when it doesn’t incorporate rest on some level.

think back to some of the best days of your life.

whether you were 

loungin’, 

reading,

visiting friends + family,

meditating,

moving your body,

daydreaming,

practicing yoga,

napping,

taking time in nature,

praying,

or simply being,

your best day ever incorporated rest in some form or fashion.

if, when looking back on your best day ever, you don’t remember rest as being a part of your day then shieeeet —

today is the day to be ’bout that life!

take it easy today, fam.

whatever you decide to do today, do it with an easeful spirit.

no need to rush through your day.

enjoy these moments, make memories, + most importantly take time for you to enjoy this one of the most beautiful days of your dope life.
