remember: you have a choice.

you can choose to continue dwelling on these thoughts, weighing yourself down with worry + anxiety.

you can also choose to release these thoughts into the wild + think on things that bring you joy.

inevitably, there will be times when you experience painful + invasive thoughts.

fortunately, these thoughts, like any other thought, can be released + can float on away.
