would you willingly trade in your life as you know it now for the unknown?
could you give up everything you have going on for you right now + start over?
my first instinct was to emphatically say, “oh, hell no! i’m not doing that shit.”
why would i give up the life i have now? i lovewhere i am!
then, i sat with it.
i became curious —
if i wasn’t doing what i’m doing now, what else would i want to do?
how do i know what starting over will bring?
why did i say “hell no”?
am i too comfortable with where i am right now?
nah, comfortable isn’t the word i’d like to use to describe where i am right now —
i am content.
i know i ain’t gotta settle into comfortability, either.
i am proactive + i like to explore my options!
as certain as life may seem to you right now, *|FNAME|*,
there’s no way in knowing for certain that this path that you are on right now is the final path.
only through curiosity will we open ourselves to new possibilities.
our habits can keep us stagnant + stuck in a cycle.
we feel fulfilled in that moment, but long term is where we are right now where we want to be forever?
i’m in no way saying throw up your hands, say “fuck it”, + switch up everything in this moment.
but life as you know isn’t the end all, be all.
should you find yourself certain about anything, it can be this:
there is certainly more life to be lived.
are you’re curious enough to find out?
be you, be dope!
