life’s not only about the motions you take.

it’s not solely about the moments you’ve had, either.

your mindset matters, too.

your mindset means more than what motions you take in moments when your motions are monotonous + not coming from a sincere space.

there are memories attached to motions + with enough repetition, your body remembers how to do what it does.

this muscle memory can be advantageous or can serve as a huge crutch for you depending on where your mindset is in the moment.

all things are working for you good so there’s that, right —

but what is it about this type of repetition that can make it your crutch?

when you are mindlessly moving, you’re going through life without real purpose.

when you’re moving for the sake of moving + with no real purpose or passion, you aren’t really taking advantage of the moments.

yea, your muscles remember what to do, but seriously —

what is life when you aren’t truly enjoying the moments you live, fam?

get yourself out of the mindless movement trap + change your mindset surrounding all that you.

even the most remedial tasks deserve your intention, your effort, + your complete focus.

what you do + what you think about what you do matters, fam.

shift your mindset to see that you are more than a motion, that you’re more than a moment — 

you are a miraculous being living a magnificent life;

a life which is not to be confused with manufactured living where one lives in monotony + creates meaningless memories.

you deserve to experience a full + rich life.

match your mindset to what matters most, fam + give yourself experiences that deserve remembering.
