all of these moods represent a choice you’ve made today.
no one can put you in a bad mood.
sure, they can do something that irks your nerves or causes you to double take their actions, but the reality is the mood choice is all yours.
there is no ring that dictates or predicts what type of mood you’re in (sorry 80’s babies).
there is simply you + your decisions to act afraid, to act in anger, to act impartial, + to act in love.
out of all of life’s dealings that are uncontrollable, there is one thing you have full control over today:
your mood.
today, think about how you’re deciding to act toward things within + out of your control.
yea, it’s scorching hot outside, something you obviously can’t control, but does that mean you have to be hateful, short, + dismissive because it’s “hot”?
in the end, the circumstances don’t matter.
they never do.
what matters is what you decide to do with what you are given at this moment

your mood can make all the difference.
