here’s a dozen hours… make that two!

you can eat through two dozen pieces of your favorite snacks mindlessly,

or you can savor each one of those snacks down to the last morsel.

don’t act like that’s not easy to pull off, either.

imagine yourself, snacking on something you love to indulge —

popcorn, chocolate chips, candy, sunflower seeds or nuts, chips, miniature cookies, etc. —

while watching tv, rushing to get somewhere, or talking on the phone (basically distracted doing something other than simply enjoying your snack).

under those circumstances, 24 pieces of that snack can be demolished in no time!

likewise, you can aimlessly navigate through 24 hours of your day,

or you can move with intention + make every moment count.

the point is to avoid distractions.

focus your mind, fam.

understand when you’re getting distracted so that you can mindfully reset your focus to what counts; so that you can enjoy each + every moment of your life.

while we do have the same amount of time as your favorite celebrity, realize that the circumstances + the situations we face are all different.

but when have the circumstances ever mattered, fam?

you can rise above whatever you’re going through, granted you purposefully pilot your way you through the next 24 hours you’re living.

distractions are every where + can be anything that doesn’t align with your higher purpose + your higher calling.

it is up to you to decide what you will do with your 24 hours today.

the next 24 hours can easily be a, “where did all the time go?” reflection when you are making mindless moves minute after minute.

they can also be moments well spent aka the best time + experiences of your life.

the best part of it all?

you get to choose where your focus goes + what experience you’ll live out today.

be you, be dope!

do you believe you have the same amount of time in a day as anyone else on this planet? why or why not?
