what’s so good about slow + steady?

why does slow + steady win the race?

because slow + steady doesn’t inherently create a sense of panic.

it’s easeful, it’s mindful, + it’s the perfect pace to decide if you want to keep going or if you wanna pivot.

slow + steady helps to facilitate longevity.

you won’t tire as quickly because you aren’t exerting tons of energy at once.

matter of fact, you’re intentionally applying your efforts toward the taste, meticulously pacing the task + allowing yourself to pay attention to the details, to get it exactly how you want it before proceeding.

even if you can, you don’t have to outfit every single moment of your life with work.

you deserve space to (re)discover your interests + hobbies, (re)evaluate what’s important to your life, + (re)consider what ways you’d like to experience life.

you deserve rest.

you don’t get a prize for overworking yourself, fam.

however, you do get to live a full + rich life by choosing to take your time + by choosing to live life on your own terms.

your race at your pace.

be you, be dope!
