your anger is justified + valid

it’s not lost on others that you have justifiable anger,

that you have valid reasons for feeling the way you do about certain people, situations, + circumstances.

even when others act confused or at not fully convinced that your anger is valid, you still are allowed to experience it.

your feelings are yours to experience — who are we to judge?

your anger brings awareness to your current life experiences you’d like to change.

anger is a tool (a very useful one might I add) that sheds light on what you are tired of tolerating in your life.

so feel your anger, your outrage, + your disappointment.

also ask yourself: 

are you no longer willing to tolerate what is influencing your current feelings/perspective about your life?

are you ready to stop talking about how upset you are + actually show, through your actions, that you are taking a different stance in life?

are you willing to allow your feelings of anger + anguish to guide you to an alternative state of being? one where you aren’t acting in anger but using the anger you did have or do encounter to sow goodness in your world?

today, you have the opportunity to convert the energy you’re using to fuel your anger into efforts that build something new + different in your life.

don’t allow your anger to cloud your judgment, or to keep you stagnant to furiously stew in your feelings.

move confidently in a different direction, noting that after anger comes action + that action requires your objectivity, a clear mind, + your willingness to change the course of your life.

you’re fed up + rightfully so, fam.
