it was once all good, what happened?

it’s been disproven + dispelled,

it’s been shown as inaccurate + outdated,

yet you still are clinging to that one belief as if its law.

today, let go of thoughts + beliefs that no longer serve you + give way for new ideas to manifest + grow.

believe in the power of change, fam.

well, how am i suppose to know when it’s time to let go?

how do i know when to change my mind?

you don’t.

as a collective, we don’t when things will shift for any of us.

all we can do is keep an open mind + become flexible with our thoughts + beliefs, especially when we learn new information + are exposed to different experiences.

give yourself permission to not only believe that change is constant, but give yourself permission to change your mind.

what was all good then may be detrimental now.

what was ineffective for you then may be highly effective for you now (or vice versa).

revisit, rediscover, + most importantly revise your concrete way of thinking.

you have new information now, fam, + yes, you are allowed to change your mind at any time.

be you, be dope!
