instantly forfeit this in exchange for your new life

who you are today is a reflection of who you choose to believe yourself to be.

doesn’t matter if you imagine yourself to be someone different — until you believe what you’ve imagined to be true, you are still very much the present day you.

there are times when you may believe that your circumstances are unbeatable, that your situation is grim, + that your life is the pits.

in turn, your body responds to that belief by preserving its energy hence why you feel sluggish, lazy, distracted, +/or unmotivated.

life changes will occur when you begin believing different about yourself.

imagine yourself getting out of whatever situation you’re in, living a carefree life + enjoying not only where you are in life, but who you have become.

reclaim your energy + believe that you are the person you wish to be right now + act as if what you’ve imagined is your actual reality.

what habits will you instantly forfeit?

what different actions will you commit yourself to performing?

what new perspective will you adopt?

what words will you tell yourself?

what level of engagement will you have with your past?

what limitations will you lift from your life?

you are not bound here, nor are you defined, by your past moments.

you are allowed to change your mind, change your stance, + ultimately change your life at any time you decide you wanna do it, this moment included.

today, honor your dreams + continue using your imagination to develop your character by allowing you to visualize who you are at your core.

you are more than your current beliefs about yourself.

you are more than your wildest dreams.

you are divinely + purposely selected to be here to grace us with your love + appreciation for life, + to be who you are fully + completely.

scratch that — who do you believe yourself to be?

be you, be dope!
