for today, consider dropping the labels of “good” + “bad” + allow yourself to live your life without internal judgement.
what we do in life isn’t inherently good or bad, it is what it is.
allow yourself to flow with life, fam.
we do ourselves a huge disservice worrying about what we should be doing, what we would have done, + where could be instead of where we are now.
thinking + doing different is the name of the game.
if something isn’t working for you in the moment, move on + do something else.
it’s not that what you do is good or bad, it’s that what you do isn’t working for you in this moment.
those very same actions may have relevance in another space +/or time in your life.
assigning a label to them is a subtle way of closing yourself off to the possibilities + opportunities in your life.
when you find yourself starting to judge yourself or others, say this:
what is actually happening right now?
slow down, assess the situation, + make your next move intentional, aligning it with your overall goals, dreams, + desires in life.
how you feel about a situation can taint your decision making process if you allow your judgment to cloud what you know to be true:
all things are working for your highest good.
circumstances don’t matter. good + bad are obsolete.
know why? because when you’re focused + flowing, you’re living in the moment + in this moment, all is well.
be you, be dope!

what is actually happening right now?
without casting judgment, right down what is happening in your life right now.
