after all, that is where you live.

take care of it, love it, nourish + nurture it. 

it’s yours + it’s the only body you have.

why not express gratitude for all that you are?

after all, you are enough as is.

see your value, remember how much you’ve learned + how far you’ve come along life’s journey.

you’re where you are now + that is to be celebrated, fam.

why not appreciate the time you have by living life on your own terms?

shit, it has taken time + effort to get to where you are now.

not to mention, time hasn’t stopped.

there’s still time to do what must be done, time to make the most of, + time to make a difference.

why not express gratitude for it all?

after all, you have + are everything you need in this very moment.
