unprovoked thoughts: what we can do with them

your thoughts can go one of two ways today:

they can work for you or they can work against you.

what experience do you want to live, fam?

i’d bet to say most people, including ourselves, want an experience that supports our highest good, one that aligns with the joy, peace, + love we want to experience in this life.

today, carefully choose which thoughts you’ll entertain.

focus on the ones that inspire, that give hope, that encourage, + that ooze with love.

throughout your life, thoughts will come + go.

some you’ve carefully curated while others pop up in an instant, unprovoked + unclear of their origins.

thankfully, you have a choice in which thoughts you’d like to dwell + act on.

you also can choose to wave the other thoughts that don’t serve you goodbye + release them back into the wild.

your thoughts have no power or dominion over you until you give them the right, the permission, to run your life.

choose, today, to entertain the thoughts that inspire you + encourage you to live a full + rich life; a dope ass life filled with intentionality + experiences dripping in love that you live on your own terms.
