a life full of favorable consequences

with every action you take, there is a consequence lurking in the shadows —

waiting, watching, + ready for an opportunity to show up in your life.

the question is:

which consequence do you give an opportunity to rise to the occasion?

for the most part, when we hear the word consequence we automatically think of something going awry.

we don’t see consequences as an opportunity or a possibility in our lives that will work in our favor + support our highest good.

today, reimagine how you view any consequence you encounter.

naturally, you will want to gravitate toward more favorable outcomes; however, when you find yourself face-to-face with a unfavorable consequence, take it, own it, + embrace it.

your outlook on life is what will change your lived experiences.

embracing + accepting a consequence as a means to learn + to grow actively counters the urge to sulk in sadness, to raise a fuss, + to pounce on yourself for not knowing or understanding the gravity of what you chose in the moment.

you won’t always get it “right“, fam.

sometimes doing it “wrong” is the only way you’ll grow + improve your reasoning in life.

either way, you are still here, still standing, + still able to make another choice.

take your consequences in stride knowing that whatever you choose in this moment is chosen by you to support your highest good.

be you, be dope!
