history has proven this to be true

you don’t have to wait until the top of 2025 to challenge yourself.

trust, this isn’t about chasing goals or making money or any of that shit —

today, challenge yourself to be who you’ve always wanted to be.

instead of saying “one day i’ll do/be…”, do the things + be that person now.

history has proven that you love a good challenge, fam.

so far, you’ve risen above and crushed every challenge set on your path.

serve your higher self + challenge yourself to turn your “what ifs” into your current reality.

if you feel like your attitude would be much different if you had a chance to slow down, don’t yap about how refreshed you’d feel + never actually rest: take time to lay down +/or rest.

if you want to be calmer in situations of chaos + high stress, practice calmness now — with your children, with your significant other, with your colleagues, with your friends, with your family, + most importantly with yourself (you have a lot of ways to practice this 😅)

if you want to have a more positive outlook on life, change the way you view your life in this moment — what, in this moment, are you most grateful for?

regardless if you can see yourself doing it or not, you’ll never truly know what you can do until you do it.

you may have thought your kindness ran out at a certain point, well have you challenged yourself to push through that point of discomfort to keep offering kindness?

fam, if you’re up for it today, challenge yourself + watch your life transform.

there’s nothing like a good challenge to motivate you, to strengthen you, + to bring out the best in you.

are you up for the challenge?

be you, be dope!

journal prompt(s) for today:

what’s the last challenge you’ve given yourself? in what ways were you successful in the challenge? in what areas do you need more work? if you still find the challenge challenging, what work will you do today to help you crush the challenge?
