a quick transformation with a huge impact

one of the quickest transformations you can undergo today is changing your attitude.

today, when you come face-to-face with a challenge, difficulty, or anything that rubs you the wrong way, take a beat + press pause on life.

breathe, fam.

take a deep breath,

take multiple deep breaths,

take a lap + then take another deep breath or two or three — whatever it takes!

the purpose of breathing (in this instance) is to pause for as long as it takes you come back to calm before you decide to act.

of course you have breath in your body — what’s it to breath? but breathing with intention, on purpose with purpose is a whole ‘nother ball game!

changing your attitude can take a millisecond to do.

when you’re committed to calm over chaos in your life, you’ll find yourself prioritizing finding equanimity over all else.

accomplishing anything, especially something of this magnitude, is one of the best feelings in the world.

not only did you put out a small (or big 😅) fire, you decided to focus your energy on creating positive change; on accomplishing something worthwhile.

don’t take this transformation for granted, fam.

you were put on this earth with the gift of alchemy innately interwoven into the fabric of your being.

you are change personified.

give yourself the confidence boost you need by transforming not only your attitude, but your day + ultimately your way of life.
