the depth + breadth of life

there are so many things you can know to be true about life + still not understand why they happen.

you know that death is inevitable for us all, but that still doesn’t explain why a loved one had to leave us when they did.

you know that people have their own minds, but it still doesn’t explain why they chose the choices they chose.

you know you are capable of doing dope things, but it still doesn’t explain why you sometimes doubt yourself + downplay your abilities.

today, accept that though you may not be able to fully understand or explain why life lifes the way it lifes, it is still worth living fully + completely.

some of the best moments in life contain mysteries + miracles you simply cannot explain; embrace the mystery.

don’t get caught up on why something works or how something works — that isn’t important.

what matters is that you accept the changes life brings, accept that you don’t know everything, + accept that not fully knowing doesn’t have to keep you from having a dope experience while you’re here.

there is plenty to learn, plenty to see, plenty to experience, + plenty of life to live without running out of things from which to know, learn, + grow.

experiencing life through your senses is one aspect of living as a whole.

the depth + breadth of life is in remaining open + present, embracing opportunities + experiences, + understanding that you have so much more to learn than what you think you already know.

live life in the unknown + get to know life a little better than before.

be you, be dope!
