ride out the waves into the sunset

like ocean waves, ideas + opportunities will come rushing in every moment of today.

it’s up to you to decide which waves are worth slowing down to catch + ride, fam.

the constant borage of waves ebbing from + flowing to shore can create the most relaxing cadence when we pay attention to them.

today, slow down + notice the waves in your life.

notice where you are from moment to moment.

feel the difference of the waves arrivals + departures; of you welcoming + enjoying the moment in the present, + of you letting go + saying goodbye.

as quickly as the waves disperse after breaking ground is as quickly as the moments pass in life.

when we’re not paying attention, it can seem like there’s barely enough time to ride the waves — hell, we don’t even fully notice most of them until they’re gone + a new one forms.

even more, riding a wave (being present) will constantly present itself a challenge the more inconsistent we are with staying in the moment.

as difficult as it may seem to catch the wave, today is the perfect opportunity to ride them out + to see where you stand.

yes, you may experience a total wipeout, you may even flip + fumble while finding your balance, + yet understand this:

your presence in these moments are creating memories, fam.

don’t be so busy on the beach that you miss out on the waves of opportunities + possibilities that flow your way today.

slow down, notice how incredible the waves are today, + make the most incredible memories riding them into the sunset.

be you, be dope!
