- i’m accepting my state of health for what it is + committing myself to improving my overall health with movement + lifestyle changes. i deserve to live life at my fitness peak!
- for the sake of my mental health, i disconnect from things that bog me down with anxiety + worry. i focus on filling my mind with things that inspire + encourage me.
- may good health follow me all the days of my life. may I bask in the wealth that good health brings. may i continue promoting good health + performing at my best.
