your confidence has a hard time sticking around when:
- you’re constantly questioning yourself + your capabilities
- you don’t believe your efforts are good enough to qualify as your best
- you fail to take responsibility for your own life
fam — sit + listen.
you’ve always had what it takes to do what must be done…
if you think you’ve lost it or consider yourself a “has been”, i have more news for you:
you still got it, fam.
today, make room for your confidence to stay for the long haul.
it’s hard to feel at home when you don’t feel completely welcomed or invited to stay; yanno — comfortable.
so give your confidence a hard time to say “i’m out”:
- remember who you are
- align yourself with your core values + rediscover/uncover your innate knowledge
- believe that though your best is your best, you have the ability to improve if you want
- realize you have a choice + accept the decisions that you make as your own
when you’re living life on your own terms, you’ll automatically enable a lifestyle full of responsibility, acceptance, expanding, + learning.
confidently embrace a different experience for yourself by determining that right now, in this moment, you’re taking chances, doing your best, owning your shit, + most importantly loving yourself through it all!
be you, be dope!
