procrastination is hard work

the problem isn’t doing the work, fam.

the problem is you’re unmotivated to do the work + the lack of motivation is what’s causing your distress.

when you do the work, you’re busy focusing on what needs to be done.

when you’re procrastinating, you’re working harder to avoid what you know you must do.

today, remind yourself how dope it feels to get shit done by getting shit done.

no need to be disappointed in yourself for not doing something about it when you can do something about it now.

the cycle of procrastination will continue the more + more you sit down + keep saying, “well, i’ve got to do…” instead of simply doing it.

starting now will make you feel better later, trust. 😮‍💨

keep putting the work off + you’re gonna remain a stressed mess, fam!

you’ve got the time to do it now, so get your ass up + get it done!
