let frustration have its way in your life, fam.
get upset,
get angry,
+
get motivated to commit to change!
frustration is letting you know that this moment can be different.
maybe, what you’re doing doesn’t fully align with who you are at your core.
maybe, you feel inclined to step into another role, to become, to radicalize, + to try something new.
during bouts of frustration, put your brain to work + think of other ways to get around, to work through, + to get away from what’s triggering your frustration.
once you’re calm, allow your frustration to help you decide that today is the day for the change you’ve been seeking.
perhaps what you did before worked for then, but now (as you can see) it no longer seems to be working for you.
listen + learn from your most frustrating moments + gather the courage to finally do something about it.
be you, be dope!
