the “could haves” are not real, fam

you could keep convincing yourself that you’ve run out of time

or

you can use the time that you have right now to do the things that must be done.

you could keep wishing you were elsewhere doing something other than what you’re doing right now

or

you can enjoy this moment, a moment which you won’t ever see again, + appreciate where you are right now.

you could curse them out, call them every thing but a child of God, + allow their actions to upset you

or

you can accept them for who they are, protect your peace, + walk away from the drama.

you could wonder “what if” + worry about what may or may not happen

or

you can live your life worry-free knowing that you are divinely protected + that all things are working for your highest good.

what you could do isn’t always what you can do.

you have choices, fam, + you what could happen can vary greatly from what can happen.

center your focus here, in this moment, + do what you can while you can.

the could haves, should haves, + would haves only exist in your head.

what “can be” can actually become your reality, fam.

be you, be dope!

journal prompt(s) for today:

forget about what could happen, what can happen in your life when you’re wiling to put the effort + time into doing what must be done? are you willing to do what you can to get the outcome you desire? why or why not?
