i get it, fam — having someone always pointing out the good in life can at times be annoying AF.
not only does it go against what we’ve been programmed to do in dismal situations, it’s giving “happy go lucky” when the atmosphere is calling for dark + dreary — read the room, optimist! 🗣️
today, challenge yourself to be the one who needs to read the room by becoming that optimistic person who sees the good in all that’s surrounds you.
when you find yourself focusing on the worst that can happen, remind yourself that the best is still available for you, too.
anyone can find something to complain about, fam.
however, it takes a real one to focus on the goodness in life.
sometimes our own lived experiences or limited knowledge taints our perspectives on what is real in life.
when reality is that anything can happen + yes, that means at any given moment, even the best things in life are available to us + happening for us.
there is no limit to the life you can create for yourself, nor is there a limit on all the goodness you can experience today.
choose to see the good,
choose to experience the best life has to offer,
+
choose optimism not only this time, but every. single. time.
be you, be dope!
