how to know when you are down bad

it’s when you think you’re doing better than someone else that you’re really down bad.

having a superiority complex isn’t a flex, fam.

matter of fact, it’s very telling about your state of being.

it not only showcases your insecurities, it highlights exactly what you must work on: empathy + compassion.

we all need some help.

none of us are perfect, nor do we have all of the answers.

we all can use support, assistance, + guidance from time to time.

don’t confuse confidence with conceit.

confidence empowers, inspires, + isn’t afraid to share the spotlight while conceit thrives on being the one, the only, + the best of the best.

+ see — that’s the thing, fam:

you ain’t gotta be or prove that you’re better than anyone else.

focus on doing your best, giving your best, + being your best self in all ways, always.

notice that like yourself, others are doing the best they can with what they have.

understanding, encouragement, + compassion go a long way.

instead of weaponizing your current status to prove to others just how well off you are, use your gifts to sow back into your community + help raise the vibrations in all that you encounter by being the vibe. ✨

be you, be dope!
