doing this won’t make the task go away

getting stressed out over how something will get done doesn’t make the task go any faster.

all you are doing is causing unnecessary harm to your physical + mental state of being.

circumstances + situations happen at all the time, sometimes planned + sometimes at random.

i can guarantee you that worrying about the how’swhy’s, + what if’s will not make these problems go away.

today, with a calm demeanor + quiet determination, do what you’ve gotta do.

take a few deep breaths before deciding what action you’ll take,

take a few deep breaths while taking action, 

+ take a few deep breaths after completing the action.

shit happens, fam.

getting all up in arms about it ain’t gone make it disappear any faster than it appeared.

remember to breathe + remain grounded, working diligently to resolve the issue + overcome the challenges at hand.

rediscover what’s truly satisfying: getting shit done without the extra stress or the added mess!
