in times of despair, you’ll be easily influenced by your circumstances to worry +/or to amplify your discontent with the way things are.

before you begin projecting your problem with how things are working right now, pause + prepare your mind + body for three deep, centering breaths.

then, remind yourself of who you are at your core,

that the circumstances never matter,

+

that life is always working for your good.

today, inspire yourself to move forward with grace, with kindness, + with love guiding your best efforts.

life won’t always present itself as a picture perfect presentation, but it will give you an opportunity to not only picture yourself on the other side of the obstacle, but to see the perfection in the moment of how all things are aligning for you.

release any negative feelings you may have for this moment + realize that this moment is the perfect moment to finally begin living the life you’ve always desired living.

without this moment, the epiphany doesn’t happen, the drive to forge a different path doesn’t exist, + the inspiration doesn’t start flowing.

whatever preconceived notions you had about how your day, week, month, or year will go, ditch them + allow the moment to be the moment.

with all things working for your good, whatever you encounter — good, bad, or indifferent — will be what you need to continue elevating + expanding into your dopeness.
