  1. i am moving through this discomfort one moment at a time. it is only for now + it will soon pass.
  2. before i decide, i must ask myself: am i making a permanent decision based off of temporary feelings?
  3. this chapter is challenging + temporary. my story ends differently.
  4. i can do anything for one (insert your measurement of time: moment, breath, minute, hour, day, week, year, etc.).
  5. affirming myself is temporary reassurance. in my heart, in the depth of my soul, i believe i am capable. i have the tools, the skills, + the creativity to make somethin’ happen. i give myself permission to explore, to make mistakes, to forgive, + to do it again.
