  3. *breathing in* i’m distancing myself from what no longer serves me *breathing out* i am ushering community + support into my space
  4. i am closer than what i can imagine. 
  5. going the distance is honoring self-commitments. going the distance is choosing discipline during discomfort. going the distance is activating creativity + finding multiple ways to get a task done. going the distance is embracing the challenge + enjoying the ride.
