  1. limb by limb, i release tension from my body. i am calm . i am serene. i am at peace.

  4. the way i trust myself to get shit done needs to be studied. i know i can do it.
  5. disturbing my peace is a choice. recentering my joy is a choice. pausing + consciously breathing is a choice. letting go is a choice.
