when you find yourself ruminating, worrying, doubting, fretting, + second guessing, take a beat

+ remember who tf you are!

dig deep into your core today + locate where your confidence resides.

it won’t be far from from worry because without one, the other doesn’t exist.

worrying focuses on the negative things that may occur while confidence focuses on the positive side of life — they the same only a different side of the coin!

well, how can i not worry, P? 

if you can worry, you also can be confident.

if you can think the worse will happen to you, you can for damn sure bank on the best happening for you.

your lived experiences are all in the power of your thoughts + your tongue, fam.

as easy as it is to place a curse over your life, it’s also as easy to speak goodness over your life.

when you change your expectations about life, you will absolutely change your life.
