now is the time to act + do it consistently.
you may have missed that exercise session early this morning,
yet you still have this afternoon to bust a move.
you may have missed your water intake goal yesterday,
yet today is a new day + though your start may be later, you can still get something done.
do your best to do your best.
support your efforts by tossing out your excuses + committing yourself to the task.
you can do it, fam —
you simply have to commit to always putting forth your best efforts.
