turning your challenges into light work

what criteria does something need to have to be labeled as “easy”?

what does something need to possess in order to be labeled as “difficult”?

quite frankly, both easy + difficult are subjective + based on one’s perception.

therefore, when you truly think about it, nothing is easy or difficult — everything simply is.

what we label is a message we send to our brains about how to perceive it.

without our labeling system, things in our world would exist without being shifted into categories or labeled with judgement + expectations.

today, ditch the labeling system, reserve the judgement, + simply do the damn thing.

difficultchallengingeasy, or effortless — none of it matters when you are:

1) enjoying yourself throughout the process

+

2) doing what must be done.

when we expect something to be difficult, we approach it much differently than we do something labeled easy + vice versa.

instead of focusing on the words that describe an activity, focus on the activity itself, doing it with intention, care, + passion, + giving your best.

regardless of whether it’s easy or difficult, your best is all that you can give, fam.

+ guess what? your best is enough.

be you, be dope!
