so you’d rather complain about it than actually fix it?

you ever been so annoyed with something that is such an easy fix,

yet you still opt to complain about it rather than to fix it?

you hate that your belt doesn’t fit because it needs an additional hole in it —

why not get another hole punched in it?

you hate the lighting in your bathroom + wish it were brighter, a fix that requires nothing more than a lightbulb change —

why not change the lightbulbs to accommodate your wishes?

you hate that you don’t read enough books, especially for pleasure —

why not pick up a book + begin reading?

most problems we encounter are an easy fix.

+ even in the more complex situations we face, there is an easy way we can start the process while we figure out our next move.

today, take time to address a task that you’ve been putting off, complaining about, + having trouble starting.

take your time doing this task + do it the best way you know how.

if you need to learn something to help you complete the task, learn it + retain it as best as you can by putting that knowledge into practice.

fix what needs fixing,

learn what needs to be learned,

+

do what needs to be done.

complaining about shit you can change is a choice, fam.

address the small things, the things you dislike, the things that are easy to fix + within fifteen minutes tops (in most cases), you can make a significant difference in your quality of life.

be you, be dope!
