“i really want to do xyz, but…” isn’t taking action.
“i wish i had done…” won’t change what’s already been done.
“i had that same idea, but they did it first” okay… so what now?
all that talk is wishful thinking, a dream deferred.
it’s got regret written all over it, fam.
stop shelving your ideas + instead, put your creativity to the test.
so what if you don’t know everything right now?!
you can learn as you go.
who cares if they did it first?
they ain’t got your angle + your edge; they ain’t you!
there will never be a perfect time to start.
you’ll always fill your time with something —
why not fill it with moments of doing what you most desire?
you’ve gotta believe that you’re capable of doing hard things + that though this journey may not be easy, you can do this.
ain’t no point in living in regret when “i did xyz + learned that…” is an even doper option to explore.
get into your life, sis.
be you, be dope!
