how much is your peace worth?
is it worth that argument over the remote?
what about going back + forth with the kids about their outfit choices? is it worth that?
perhaps it’s worth giving someone a piece of your mind after cutting you off in traffic or could it be worth worrying about hypotheticals?
nah — it’s gotta be worth being right, right?
there’s no judgement.
i’m in no position to say whatever you choose to lose your cool over is or isn’t worth your peace.
i’ve compromised my peace before, too!
the point is this:
after reflecting on what we’ve done in the past, without judging our past mistakes, what do we now feel is worth the price of peace?
i’ll admit in this moment, i’m stumped.
nothing comes to mind, fam.
i value my peace.
there’s nothing like the contentment it brings me + when i’m in the moment experiencing peace, whew — so, so good!
i love it here! 🙌🏾
two questions to ask yourself about peace today:
for when you’re experiencing it + are tempted to drop it like a bad habit — is this worth my peace? if not, what action do i need to take right now to continue experiencing peace of mind?
when seeking peace — what can i do right now to put me in/bring me back to a state of peace?
again, resist the urge to judge your actions.
we won’t label them — what’s done is done! 💯
all you can do is remember that when you escape peace, work on finding your back to it.
when it’s peace you seek, it’s peace you’ll find.
also: seek is a verb, so don’t forget to take action!
be you, be dope!
