if you can worry, you can relax

if you can go an inch, you can go a mile.

though it may seem intimidating at first, inch by inch you’ll get closer to achieving your goal.

if you can take a breath, you can wait a day.

though you may be antsy to experience life in the way you’ve envisioned it, creating that lifestyle takes time + patience, both of which you have in each breath you take.

if you can worry, you can relax.

though you may be anticipating the worse right now, you can shift your mindset to also anticipate the best life has to offer.

it’s not that you can’t, you can.

what it boils down to is what you’re willing to choose to do, fam.

once you get yourself going + started down a path, if this is truly a path that aligns with the core of you, you will find a way to continue even when that means going snail’s pace to get there.

living a fulfilling life requires your commitment to doing the things that are challenging + calling upon your discipline + intentionality to get you there.

use the momentum you have from simply starting to keep going —

you may not get there quickly; however, progress is progress.

small achievements lead to lofty accomplishments, fam.

keep going, keep pushing — you can do this!

be you, be dope!
