rethink on the reasons why you choose worry over confidence in the first place.
why is worrying your “go to”?
what are your expectations + do they align with experiencing, exuding, + exemplifying confidence?
when you make decisions, are you making them while seeing the best outcome possible? why or why not?
whether you worry or show up confidently, the energy is gonna get used up either way!
why not confidently live life knowing that at all times, all things are working for your highest good?
